After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.
Package Your Items
Place your items securely in their original Ocushield box or a similar protective mailer to prevent any damage to the frames or lenses during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
